Daily Habits

Daily Habits are very important, from brushing your teeth, to waking up on time so you don’t get fired from your job. It doesn’t matter how important it is, all that matters is if you do it.

Earlier in the year we had a daily habit to do planks, and that really hurt my core, but at least my strength is better than it was, maybe a little. The whole experience was great, but annoying. Sometimes I didn’t want to do it because I was so sore, or so tired, but I pushed my self to do it, and all though I didn’t last very long, at least I tried.

My current daily habit is doing affirmations, yoga, writing in my journal, and soccer. Yeah, I have a lot of daily habits, but they all contribute to my mental health and physical health. Writing in my journal and affirmations contribute to my mental health, and it really helps me.

Affirmations and writing in my journal are just two major things that I think everyone should do. Because of affirmations, I feel like a better person, a healthier person. And because of yoga and soccer, I feel proud of myself, and stronger. And when we ended the plank, I also felt very proud of myself.

So what I’m trying to say is, daily habits are more than what you need, what’s a necessity… It’s about making yourself feel worthy, and keeping yourself in the best shape you could possibly be.
